Position Overview
Thisposition is with the Siebel Service Application team in Baxter's Commercial ITDivision.
The SiebelService Application team manages the application build and delivery for theGlobal Technical Services Organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinateall technical changes to all environments including maintenance patching andcode migrations that include but not limited to Siebel, OPA, BIP and systemtuning configurations.
Serve as theprimary point of contact for support ticket escalations, including detailedroot cause analysis & resolution of issues from the end user support teamin support of the Siebel Service environment.
Work withend users in defining and understanding problem report details.
Providesystems support and troubleshooting related to Siebel and its configuration,interaction with the infrastructure.
Provideassistance in support changes required to support for new development and implementation.
Assist inrefining Level 3 support processes.
Write/updatedocumentation, including design documentation, status reporting, changecontrol, access authorizations, miscellaneous documentation as required
Investigateroot causes and resolutions and provide solutions.
Participatein global rollout of platform and related planning activities
Participatein global project teams supporting our business client.
Identify andimplement process improvements in the architecture and/or infrastructure ofexisting systems.
Manage theconfiguration and support for remote testing laptops
