Supports IV Administration Disposable sets. Displays standard engineering principles to resolve difficult problems, from conception to final design with supervision from senior level engineering individuals. Plans, schedules and leads project assignments (Change Control) on low-to-mid level complexity projects in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques, procedures and criteria with minimal guidance. May also lead a portion of a higher complexity project.
1. With direct guidance, owns product changes (or portions of larger changes) from initiation through implementation. Schedules and leads a team through the planning and execution of a smaller project or defined piece of a larger project. This includes construction detailed, accurate project schedules, interfacing with development groups and technical support groups.
2. Devises new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles and constraints.
3. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
B.S. in Engineering with 1-3 years experience.
1.Good communication skills (emphasis on writing).
2. Effectively operate in, and may facilitate, cross-functional teams with guidance.
3. Display a solid understanding of theories/practices utilized by other disciplines outside primary areas of expertise.
4. Experience with medical devices or in a regulated environment (preferred but not required).
5. Must be able to provide solutions that reflect understanding business objectives and cost implications.
