Round Lake Area Public Library
The Round Lake Area Public Library District is looking for a Library Shelver to keep library stacks in order and to assist library staff. The Library Shelver sorts and shelves library materials in alphabetical and numerical order, keeps shelves in an orderly manner and other tasks as outlined in the job description. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently with a minimum of supervision and excellent oral and written communication skills. This position includes day, evening and weekend hours. Must be at least 16 years old. Familiarity with libraries and numbers is preferred.
Part Time: 10-19 hours per week.
Schedule A: Mon-Fri 9:00am-12:30pm
Schedule B: Mon-Fri 12:30pm-3:30pm
(Schedule subject to change from week to week)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
